About the show . . .
Step back in time and take your seat in a 17th Century New England meetinghouse. Watch as one of your neighbors is dragged before the court and tried for the capital offense of witchcraft.
Arizona Curriculum Theater presents Salem: 1692 - a dramatic re-enactment of the trial of accused Salem witch Bridget Bishop. Every word of the script is taken directly from historical records. The show is designed to transport audiences back in time to witness those historic events with dramatic realism and attention to detail.
Salem: 1692 is suitable for students and adults of all ages, however the intense nature of the show may be too much for younger students and the easily frightened. There is minimal adult language in the show which is presented in its historical context, but may not be suitable for younger children. Parental discretion is advised.
